About an hour ago i looked in my hotmail and found an email from youtube informing me that my Muse - Starlight remix (with 20k hits and a 4.7 rating) has been taken off due to a copyright claim from Warner Bros. Their email's below:

The video might work in the embedded video there but unfortunately the page has been deleted and reads "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Warner Music Group. "
Dear YouTube, Inc.
I note that my Muse - Starlight remix has been removed from youtube due to a copyright claim by Warner Music Group. I do not feel this is necessary as in the video description I clearly described that it was a remix of the Muse song, Starlight. Due to it being a non-profitable remix, I wonder if it is possible for it to be reinstated on youtube?
I am 15 years old and enjoying producing and remixing music for the entertainment of myself and others. I was not aware of the copyright and I did not mean to cause offense. To prevent this copyright infringement from occurring again, could you please let me know if any remixes are acceptable on youtube and if it is needed to include an acknowledgment of the original production to be listed in the description (although as I have mentioned before, I stated in the title that it was a remix of Starlight and I had noted it was a remix in the video description.)
Could you please clarify the meaning of the following sentence:
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
I look forward to receiving your response.
With Regards,
Laurence Ewen
I'm not really sure that my video should have been taken off (as I said in the email, I clearly stated in the title and description that it was a remix of Starlight by Muse) but surely they could have sent a warning prior to this removal... Does anyone think that youtube could possibly re-up the vid after this response? This remix on youtube was probably my biggest music achievement and I'm really not happy its been taken down. If I was actually making money from this remix I'd understand...
