lol - online translators always come up with weird answers because they translate every separate word, not the sense of a phrase.

to russians 'Где-участника на' means 'where - participant to ....'
it's meaningless lol

you could use

'где тусовка!' - where's the party!
but it sounds a bit like you're literally asking for directions.
more slangy would be
'давай колбаситься!' - to russians it means 'let's get mental/go bonkers', it translates literally as 'let's sausage!' but everyone understands it in the sense that you're bored and want to drink, dance and have a laugh.

i'd go for the second one myself
