If I'm going out on the weekend for a proper session, I prefer cider. Strongbow or Bulmers do just fine, but if the pub serves it, I'll have St Helier pear cider, it's awesome.

As for champagne, I hate it. It gives me a pounding headache about 30 seconds after I drink just one glass.

Leffe Blonde is the stuff man! I love that shit, even the regular bottles at 6%, you're have cut after a few normal bottles!

We don't get much choice in bars when I'm out and about around here, so it's usually a pint of Tennents for me since it's cheap. Although Perrnoi seems to be popping up more often in pubs now, it's fucking expensive on tap though!

But if I'm in a nicer bar or actually buying some beer for myself, I love a heavy dose of Belgian and German beers! Amongst my favourites; Hoegaarden, Erdinger, Duvel and Paulaner. I'm really into wheat beer, on the rare occasion you find Hoegaarden on tap somewhere, just buy one! Usually it comes in what looks like a massive bucket of a glass! As far as lager goes though, you'll need to do something special to beat a nice cold pint of Amstel!

Anyone into ale? Get some fantastic local brews in Scotland!

I LOOOOOVE Guinness... and:

and other powerful beer... I'm not too keen on regular beer, be that heineken, brand, grolsch, budweiser... I like extra flavor. Duvel, La Chouffe, Belgian beers overall, tasty stuff. I won't forget I had a lovely Duvel at Pinkpop with ET, now that was a lovely beer. :-D

You guys might find me weak, but one of my favorite beers - pure freshness - is Hoegaarden Citron, with just 2,5% alcohol.

Love it.

I'm from Poland so i drink polish bears mostly. My favourites are Żubr (6% vol), Debowe Mocne (7,8 % vol), and Karpackie supermocne (9 % vol) so as u see i dont drink beer below 6 % vol rate. Besides of that i'm a beer maker, i making my own beer at house. One month of waiting and i have 25 litres of my own beer to drink:). In next few months i wish to buy some more equipment to do more at a one time.
