I have a single mp3 set and a cue file, what program can I use to extract the individual songs from the set? Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need a mp3 cutter program that CUE files are supported.
Surely the cue file have the cut points, you can open it with notepad as well.
I use MP3 Splitter & Joiner v3.0 that you can get it in emule full.
Opens the cue file with this program in splitter mode.

By heart I believe that you can load the cue file in Alcohol 120% as a virtual drive and then rip the tunes from this drive.

Daemon Tools should also allow you to mount a cue as a disc image, and you can then use your favourite disc ripper.
Either that, or just burn a disc or iso with Nero. Then rip the disc.
