yeah it is, i think i poisoned a bit because my lungs hurts but ill be fine, its very hard to pick that stuff, i used whipes and when u touch it, it rans away into small bubbles, i think some bubbles ran away under the fridge by all the rules i had to call emergency to come to pick that stuff, but whatever, chernobyl havent killed me so why would quicksilver kill

Just found out through Facebook that my ex is now "in a relationship."

Now this in itself doesn't piss me off, it's the fact I've been making a real effort to be her friend and support her. On several occasions I've thought she must be seeing someone as she would ignore me for days then randomly text me at 8 in the morning. When ever I'd ask her she'd make up some bullshit, which gullible old me believed of course.

So now I just feel like a complete and utter mug, she's been lying to my face for god knows how long. I don't know what the fuck she thought I was going to do if she told me she was seeing someone. But she's just turned into a spineless, lying arsehole.

It's one of these things I can't do anything about though. If I send her an angry message, I look like a fucking looser. If I say nothing that daft cunt will probably think I'm sitting crying in my room.

So here's the dilemma I'm at: I just tore up all the shit from our relationship (cards, etc all that bollocks) should I A) just dump it in my bin or B) put it all in a bag and leave it at her front door along with all of her other bullshit? I feel like I shouldn't do it. But at the same time I need to try and make this cunt feel like shit somehow without looking like a lunatic

That she made you stay around as her friend-on-demand to satisfy her need for attention already fucked up your situation mate, its the oldest trick in the world (that, and the "lets promise to tell each other when/if we go out with someone else after we broke up"). Just ignore her and get past it. The end is the end.

First of all, does she know that you've seen her facebook page? If not, play along and say something like 'Y'know, I think I've got a chance of a new permenent girlfriend'. Be creative.

One of two things will happen; She'll think 'Shit! Really?!? That was quick! Did I mean nothing to him after all?' but what she'll actually say will be 'Wow, that's great!'
Then you leave with your integrity intact and if she shows no emotion, you'll know that she didn't ever plan for your relationship to last.
Move on and forget she ever existed.

OR

She'll tell you about her new relationship straight away. Then you can act all surprised and then ask if it's been going on long. That'll put her instantly on the defensive, and you can say 'Well that didn't take you long', and then you can be all arsey with her and she'll be the one feeling like shit.

Either way, dump all the cards etc in the bin. Don't give them back to her, it'll hurt a lot more for her when she eventually finds out that you 'didn't care'.

Most important of all: At least for a while, ignore any future texts or calls, even if she pleads with you. Make it look like you've already moved on and she meant nothing to you after you'd split up.

Result is, you might appear to ba a bastard, but you'll come out of it with your pride intact either way.
