God fucking damn it. I got a speeding ticket through the post today. I didn't even know I'd been caught, but I do know when it happened. It was at 7:09am on the Monday morning last week. They claim I was doing 37mph in a 30 zone.

What pisses me off the most is it's the first speeding fine I've ever had in 18 years of driving. It'll be at least a £40 fine and possibly points on my licence too. I really haven't got money to throw away like that...

The thing is, it's always been a 40mph zone, but recently the local council decided to lower the limit because some idiot killed themselves due to drink driving (the only major accident there for years). No-one else was even involved then, the guy drove headfirst into a wall.

Oh, and 24 ain't old! Wait till you get to 35. People ask you what type of slippers you'd like as a present..

I burnt my mouth on my pizza tonight. Stings like hell, because it's a extra hot peperoni and chili pizza. No amount of beer is quenching it either. And I've run out of ice cream which is my usual cure. Damn.

And to follow up my speeding ticket thing, I got a £60 fine and 3 points on my licence. What a crap day.
