Learned a trick from a nurse friend for those kinda headaches. Take some headache meds and drink a soda or have a half cup of coffee (or something with caffeine) and you should be headache free soon after. Had one of those 'turn off the fucking lights off my head hurts so bad/I can feel my pulse in my eyes' type headaches go away in about 30 minutes with her advise. Works like a charm for me.

Played some roller hockey tonight and my lower back is sore and I'm helping a friend move tomorrow morning.

i usually have the problem of keeping a sleeping routine, i had it fixed for about a week and a half (around 12 am to 2 am till 9 am or 10 am) but on saturday the neighbors had some type of whore off, i've bitched about them on here before but they were up till fucking 6 am screaming and playing shitty pop tunes, the girl in there who is 18 had a baby two months ago she obviously has no other place to go and she isn't like the rest of them (drunken fucking sluts and idiots) we went to school together and i really dont see that as being a suitable place for a baby, considering i reconised most of there shitty tunes through the wall.

if this happens next saturday when i'm trying to have a relaxing night i'll be phoning the police to come sort them out, they've already had a warning from the local council and the police has been round many times called by multiple households in the street.

everyone on this street hates them because they usually start going outside and screaming and fighting when everyone else either has work tomorrow or is just trying to have a rest.


so here i am its 7:17 am and i woke up at around 4 pm yesterday

try to confront them personally what's the problem ?
they aren't reasonable enough to have a talk with ?

the best way is to have a relaxed chat about it without arguing too much about it.
try to ask them who , how and why in a relaxed way and advice them to watch the noise and make them realise they're not really doing the neighbourhood a favor with the same story every night , speak indirectly and come to a direct solution together, ESPECIALLY when there's a baby in that house.

Calling the cops won't help a fucking thing, they'll feel fucked about someone calling them without them knowing who it was and it'll be the same story all over again.

well its not that easy to go and just confront them, the guy who lives there was put in jail for assaulting his wife and bodily harm to another person his court case was even in the papers, this guy is a fucking psycho and about 6ft tall and his son who's about 6 years older than me is the same, i seriously don't think i could take that cunt on if he went mental which he probably would, he drinks and has a short temper, how can you talk to a drunk with all his drunken friends.


as for calling the police well that's the safest option really, they go outside and start there shit, theres another family a few houses down with a new born child too and if i can hear everything there shouting through a triple glazed window then surely they can too.

the thing is they did stop for a good 5 or 6 months after everyone had phoned the police, hell even riot vans have been up our street because of them, this isn't something thats just happened once, this is every fucking Saturday near enough or the Friday since the start of the year.
