that's good for me, actually
before this account I had done another, with my original e-mail address, but I don't know why, I didn't get the confirmation e-mail, so I couldn't activate it
then, to have a working account, I had to take my old e-mail address, which I use rarely, so this account had my old address, but couldn't change it to my original one
the first unactivated account now deleted, I can put the e-mail address I use on this account
so thanks guys for this deleting, it helped me

its a smart idea if u ask me, there is just people who don't give a damn about the effort people put in for these downloads, i don't do it often though i know but when i do its alot of hard work i think and its always good if u know somone actually thanks you for helping them out

Sorry if your account was deleted. Like BK said, we had a few thousand accounts to delete. There may have been a couple real ones that got deleted by accident. I was very careful not to, but it was quite a large task to undertake. I'll give you your posts back

i've noticed a lot of conformation emails just go to the spam box with yahoo.

Yeah often your spam box will just kill it. I find it's a good idea to clear it out completely before registering on a new site that requires confirmation, then you can easily find it if it does get marked as spam. Also, I can override accounts and mark them as active if someone doesn't get their confirmation.
