Heh that's just called the Nokia Ringtone. It's like the equivalent of the Windows startup sound. And just as annoying. When we used to hear someone else's phone ring like that at work we'd all do the 'HELLO?' bit too, like;

'HELLO? YEAH, I'M IN THE WAREHOUSE.. NAH, IT'S RUBBISH!!'

It never got boring..
