I didn't find there was so much rain in summer, though

must be perception

about the snow I'm used to it, you know

there's 40 cm forecast this weekend, from tonight to Monday I think

it's only hard to live with when it's falling, streets gotta be cleared, and gotta shovel up the driveway

after that it's okay

i was going to complain about the fact that the snow's melting here already, so everywhere is muddy, but then realised that this is the 'what cheered me up today' thread, so i won't

I finally did co-op mode Gears of War with a mate! What a game, whoooo! Also watched two movies with my brother and his girlfriend, drank beer as well. 5 Minutes from now I will fall asleep with some chillout cd on repeat, tomorrow I will wake up and fry an egg, finish Zelda: Twilight Princess and then that mate will come by so we can finish Gears of War (under the pleasure of the beer left from this wonderful night). Goodnight everyone! :-D

Last night I went out with some of the blokes from work to a pub for a couple of drinks. I had the biggest steak I've ever seen, let alone eaten. 24oz (that's Twenty Four Ounces!!) of chargrilled cow arse, huge hand cut chips, onion rings, mushrooms and salad. And I finished the lot... then washed it down with four pints of Stella.

And best of all, on Friday I'm doing it all over again.. :happydance:

My god, my farts stink today...

What also cheered me up today. Finding a CD of music me and a buddy co-wrote about 7 years ago. Some of it sounds quite amateurish and the samples are somewhat cheesy now, but the memories are fantastic. Anyone wanna hear it? 8-)
