Saw that Adam Freeland has a art competition for the remix album of Cope up on the Marine Parade site and threw this together. Nice way to start my day. What does BK think?
The colors on the vials look a bit shocking on the net but more subdued on my monitor. Hm.

just watched this program about autism. Just follows these 3 guys lives.
Makes you feel a bit better about your life when you see these poor cunts struggling. This guy gets a date through some dating site with another autistic burd, they meet in some cafe and just sit staring at each other uncomfortably. Then at the end they both say it was fucking marvelous and they've never been happier. Makes me want to bubble.

Weighing myself and finally being under 12 stone! In 14 days I started exercising (for the first time in my life) and dieting, and I've lost 11lbs. I'm sure I won't continue losing weight at that speed, but I'm feeling a lot better in myself, niiiice and happy

yea I've been doing the same thing man. I've been about 13 stone for about 3 years, it's not like I'm overweight as I'm 6'1 but I guess since I split with my ex I suddenly give a fuck again. I've been avoiding all fatty foods (including crisps those fuckers have as much fat in them as a full meal) and eating pasta all the time. After a month I'm down to about 12 stone, which is awesome considering I just binge at the weekend (more so since I don't have a wench hagning over my shoulder).
Makes you feel good about yourself man and people notice it too! Especially when you see your ex (in my case she's put on weight), just feel like laughing in her face haha!

Since we're talking cars, i'm buying a 10 yr old renault megane tomorrow, got my loan sorted yesterday for it., been off the roads for a month now so i've really needed it.
Plus as well i bought my tickets for the Prodigy gig in Dublin, taking my son with me too
And got myself one of those limited editon t shirts too so its been a very productive day all round

If we're talking cars, then can I recommend mine?
Bought last september for £2,500. 180bhp, 5doors, 35,000miles, 54 reg. Anyone guess what it is?
MG ZS.
No-one wants them, so they are dirt cheap. Great handling, no nonsense, just put £500 aside for when the head gasket goes lol.

I'm going Monday to the bank to get my car loan sorted and I plan getting either Mazda3 or a Nissan Versa. I'm leaning towards the Versa since I need a commute car for work but the Mazdas are quite nice.
