Virtual Dj works for me...I play the video and shit, hit the recording button and i have a mp3 file. |

i'm using dBpowerAMP. older versions are free, newer versions are free only in basic but even basic is completly enough. this program is very easy to use and it attend all popular formats. |

search on google for your mediaformat + demux. Like: AVI + demux and you will find a program that extracts the source audio fromyour container format. |
