That photo looks very fake to me. There's no shadow on his forearm where it crosses his body, whereas there is a shadow under his chin. Also his hands are far too big in proportion to his head to be a woman's. Finally he appears to have a fairly large adam's apple, which very few women have, and no amount of hormones will make that bigger. I'd say it's a photochop. |

I really don't think this is fake. The article comes from the most respected news media in Mexico. Also, according to this article, the original news about this came from "The Advocate" which they say is one of the most known gay/lesbian news magazine. |

Guys, this picture is legit. Yesterday night I saw a report of this on the E! network. They were discussing how fucked up this shit is. This "guy" does have (did have? who knows) a penis and the baby is supposed to be born on July 3rd. |
