anyone got to try this?it just came out yesterday.
i instaled it and surpisingly it's faster than firefox, nice simple design.what iritates me is that it doesn't have add-ons like firefox.i am very dependent in firefox on webmail notifier, downlaod helper, downthem all, clear caches add-on.it just seems that firefox is better
the only thing like i said in chrome is the good speed and fast speed in loading video streams.although i had a proble with that cause i usualy open videos in new tabs, and now when i tried to close the tab with the video the browser froze up a few seconds.
in the description of the browser it said that chrome has the ability to keep the problem only to the tab affected so the other working ones could keep working, and you can close the ta with the problem but it did'nt work for me a couple of times

well done1 i'd read about this the other day, but your post made me install it to have a look.
it's a bit fast all right!
crashing out now, but will give it a test tomorrow.
one thing i've just noticed is that it's highlighting the box i'm writing in. there also a strange triangle made of dots in the bottom right hand corner too....
hmmmmm

i see it but don't know the point of it.someone can measure the memory usage?i see it's opening faster than ffirefox,as quick as maxthon.
also i cant scroll down through the adress bar and search for previous typed adresses, you can only begin tho write the adress and the browser completes the writting.it's nice that when you start typing an adree you have the option to search it in google directly

just noticed it's gt a function to leave a shortcut to a web page on your desktop or wherever.
instant access to brainkiller
hang on - it's my homepage anyway, so what's the point?

you found it?
for anyone else - when you're on the page you want to leave a link on your desktop for, click symbol in the top right that looks like a word doc, then click on the 'create application shortcut' in the drop down menu - quite funky really

yeah - i'm with you there. it's good for just surfing, but it's annoying to be seeing ads again - plus i like being able to control winamp from the browser, and have drop down search menus for torrent sites and other stuff.
think i'll stick to using firefox for now....

So far so good. I like how streamlined and simple the browser is and it does seem to load pages quite a bit faster than Firefox, especially the BK forum. With Firefox a BK forum page takes about 5-10 seconds to load and with Chrome its done in about a second. If this browser gets an adblock add-on like Firefox, i'll keep Chrome. Good work Google.

it's just beta for the moment but things are looking good.and let's not forget it's their first browser and probably will be improved to suite google widgets and such.but yeah the speed is umbelievable.i don't know about the cpu usage but i think it's bigger than firefox, although it takes just 3 seconds to open it,firefox takes longer on my pc,and was pretty easy to install

looks like the fucker is gonna have add-on options on a futur release maybe on the oficial release, and it's posible we can import the add-ons from firefox.if so this would be a great step forward and it will definetely beat firefox

53 minutes.... fuck me sideways! No thanks cheif!
P.S. google chrome has some kool features. But really they don't need to be there? It just seems like a big gimmick to me at the moment. Do we really need another browser?
