Actually, I have no real most prized posessions beside my friends. :?

My collection of games/music/movies are what I really like, but it's not something that is worth too much. I'm not that much of a materialist... I do put value on the enjoyment of those materials though. I think that's what matters more than the actual objects. For instance, I couldn't give a shit about my Fight Club dvd, but I really REALLY treasure the contents of the movie. Same counts for my original albums... I don't care for my mass-produced Experience, Jilted, FotL and AONO themselves... but just the music on them. If they get stolen, I just buy new ones you know? I gave away a lot of copies of Prodigy albums... cause I couldn't care about the actual cds. I mean, I wasn't bothered by the fact I gave a Prodigy Wristband to Stasz (among others), cause I don't know what the fuck to do with like 6 or 7 of them. He's happy with it and I think that's what counts.

I guess my collection of unique music from friends IS something I do put a lot of value in though ; I can't get them back if I somehow I lose them if for instance my house burns down. With friends though, if you lose them, there is now way to get them back. The most valuable things you can have are the unique things, because they are irreplacable. Not even with money or surrogates. If you lose a friend, there isn't even a new friend that can replace him or her. I think it's sick if you put a lot of value in objects that have just a high money prize on them, and nothing else. Maybe you worked hard on it and saved up a lot of money... It's just a small personal reward cause you want to convince yourself you put a lot of effort in it. I still don't think the money is well spent, sorry. I figured out that with expensive projects I bought through my life, the only one that put value in them was me, not others. As long as they didn't work and payed for them, they didn't care. So afterall, why should I put so much value in those possessions?

All the shit I bought I can get back with money so... in a weird way I think one of my most prized possessions is... money. :? Money can give me access to a lot of valuable experiences of music, movie and other creative creations like a boat-trip or a holiday in Scotland. That's fucked up if I think about it, but it's the truth, unfortunatly.

I'm jealous, would love a son myself, ah well, maybe one day.

I think my most prized possession is my guitar, either that or most of the things in my studio.
