recently got concerned about the future of my hearing (brother starting to lose his) and now thinks i should be more proactive in protecting my ears.
Just wondering if anybody here uses them and if so, can reccomend brands. if custom fit ones are best. Idealy id like to continue djing while wearing them.

Nope but you said you are a DJ so I thought you'd want professional ones.
Ever since The Prodigy left my ears ringing for two weeks after a gig in 1994 I've always worn earplugs at gigs. I just use bog standard foam earplugs.
