This month has been so fucking annoying for me! Everything I own is slowly breaking on me. It started off as a bit of a laugh and I could see the funny side of it, but now, it's getting so fucking irritating!
To begin with, my new headphones broke and the shop wouldnt take them back as I got them as a Christmas present and had no receipt, which makes sense, but it's annoying that they were practically brand new. This was nothing compared to the next bombshell though, as one morning I get in my car to drive to work, and wham, it doesn't start. The battery was jump-started later on in the day and it worked fine for a few days until it ran flat again. There's something inside my car draining the power and no-one knows what it could be! To top it off, the bracket that holds the headlights in broke somehow, and to fix that, pay for the service and get it through its MOT, aparently, it will cost less if I was to buy another car!
So the next day I had to get the bus in, I hate buses by the way, especially when there was so much snow and ice around cuz the journey takes twice as long. I was listening to IMD on my iPhone and when I got off the bus I wanted to change track, I lifted the phone out my pocket, slipped on the ice and dropped it. Dropped it on the ONE part of the concrete that wasn't covered in a thick layer of snow! I picked the fucker up and there was a huge dent in the back. That was annoying, but it was nothing until I turned it over and saw the screen had a small crack in it and there was a cluster of dead pixels in one of the corners. The dead pixels now are getting bigger aswell, some of which are taking over half the width of the screen.
But still, I was trekking on. I sat down in my office and looked at my shoes, which I noticed had split at the base near the heel, which allowed snow to get in on the walk home and make my feet and socks wet! I took the bastards off when I got home and one of them ripped at the back all the way down to the heel!! The shoes weren't even 2 months old!! A small annoyance yes, but nonetheless..
At home, I turn my laptop on to have a browse on the net and such, to find that everything froze and I couldnt do anything. Now the thing freezes after a maximum of being on for 15 minutes everytime I turn it on, which means I have to turn it off and on again for it to work... still for only 15 minutes. I went to use my PC which I hadn't used in a while to find that it turned on after pressing the on button a few times, but no display was being shown on the monitor. I thought the monitor had bust as it was quite old, but it wouldnt display on my new TV either. So I'm guessing the graphics card has gone in that or something.
But to pump the icing on the cake of destruction, my Xbox red ringed! A few days outside the warrenty!! It was bad enough that out of my four controllers, 2 of them stopped working and one turns off whenever it rumbles, but nothing in my room works now apart from the TV! I just wanted to relax after being interviewed and stuff throughout yesterday from 9:00am til 3:30pm.
I don't have enough money to get these things fixed or buy new ones! It's also my sisters birthday, my mothers birthday, my aunts birthday, two of my cousins birthdays and valentines day all to get cards/presents for aswell!!

I need cheering up....

You must have either done something incredibly bad recently, or done a lot of unfavourable things over a long period of time...it's called karma.
Yes, fapping to pr0n counts!

get some flowers to the ladies
buy some t-shirts for the boys (those cheap Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea ones)
life is not only about money. when you are sick, money won't do anything for you
when things go the wrong way, think it could've been worst

Thanks for the hug and thoughts It could be worse I guess, I could have no house.... My Xbox is working thanks to the "towel trick", the dead pixels on my phone are getting less visible, dunno how? I'm just down to the laptop and car problems now, which should be made slightly easier as my Nan bless her gave me £100.
Got the cards all sorted today, my sister told me she wants my old xbox for her birthday, so thats easy enough, my mom just wants me to make her a CD and she said she'd sort presents out for my aunt and cousin. Phew

the towel trick will only work fine for a couple of weeks then you will eventually be left with an even worse off console, i wouldnt recommend it.

Really? Hmm, I didn't know that. Ah well, I might aswell run it til it breaks and save up for an Elite one Need a new controller anyway, and more harddrive space as mines getting too full.
Also, i didn't know dead pixels could go? At one point there absolutely loads on my phone but now theres only a few

Towel trick works for a good while. Worked for my little brother for a couple of months.
When you buy a new xbox get the insurance from gamestation mate. If it breaks you just take it back there and they hand you a new one. Think it's like £19.99 for 3 years if I remember correctly.

I know how you feel. However, its got fuck all to do with karma. Still, things happen for a reason, maybe to avoid the worse things which could happen to you. Its been going downhill for me as well during the last two weeks only on a much larger scale. I wont go into it but consider yourself LUCKY.

I think Microsoft include a 3 year warranty themselves now cuz of the amount of complaints they had about the high number of consoles breaking.
And you're right, theres a lot of people worse off than me so I shouldn't complain too much... I found a load of things today that I thought i'd sold or lost, like my original gameboy and a tonne of games might have a razz on that later. Luckily, my sister said she wanted my original xbox as her birthday present, so thats good as i havent touched that in years
