Hi guys, i need help. Probably noone here will be able to help me but i ask everywhere i can.

Thing is that, im graduate my studies this year, and now i have to write some engineer thesis work (is this correct phrase?) and then i need to defent it. But...

...I need to have some source, bibliography, to write this thesis, but unfortunetly topic of my thesis is hard to find in polish books. I have only 2 articles in polish about it, and 6 in english, but its too little, and i need some more to finish it.


What i need??

I need some articles about Surimi. If Anyone of u guys have seen somewhere near u some article/e-book about it, or have any information where to find those please help me and send me some info. My proffesor told me there is plenty of articles in english and japanesse books/science magazines, but i have no access to those, and thats why i need help
