Is the keyboard connected with USB cable?

now i've had this shit with all my usb midi controllers, though i use reason, its like a half second delay, i think it could be my soundcard as its a standard one.

wouldn't have made this thread myself as i never seen as a big problem but if you guys might know whats causing it for me aswell, please let me know here

and my main one is usb, i'm sure its 2.0 i could use my old yamaha djx 2 as it has midi ports but i think i'd need an external soundcard to do that, and i dont even know if the thing works anymore or not i got it when i was 12

yes its via USB. still a delay there. even with the latency down to zero

try adjusting something called ''usb polling'' i think it can improve performance if you lower it, you can find an application online somewhere (also make sure no extra programs are running). ive had nothing but trouble with USB, its always laggy and requires much more CPU, firewire is still the fastest until USB 3.0 cards are readily available.

i forgot, plust the fact that you have the sound card AND axiom in usb, they could be conflicting in some way, definitely try the usb polling trick, or different ports, or even reinstall the usb controller drivers.
