Hmmm if there were a vol 5, would I bother entering? Last couple of contests left me with a bitter taste.

The last contest was around this time in 2008 actually. The remix one was last year.

But after the little scandal we had with vol.4, maybe it's gonna take some more time before we do vol.5.

Despite how things went during vol. 4 I'd say a Vol.5 this year to make it all forget

What went wrong with Vol.4? Morbid curiosity.

One contestant submitted a track that was not his. He didn't even rename the track but simply added his artist name... until this track showed up on Castle Crashers, a downloadable Xbox360 game. There was a topic with hundreds of responses.

Anyway, I will be in if there will be a vol 5. I recently made a new track, which I submitted for another online contest.

I LOVE the competitions, I love to hear other people's music that I wouldn't usually hear and I love to hear people's opinions on my music. Would really hope they happen. And screw the Vol. 4 controversy, we'll just have to trust each other. We could if we really wanted to make sure no one cheated, at the end of the competition, submit a print screen of the track, or perhaps we could upload the editing files onto a secret download and then we could remix each other's work.
