Howdy

I just joined this sweet site. Loads of people have contributed so many good things here. Please accept my little contribution towards community. I would like to share some quick weight loss tips. If you need to know how to lose 10 lbs in a calendar week, you are likely not seeing for a regular dieting and exercise plan. You can lose weight with a regular diet and work out plan, Still this requires a lot of time doing intense cardio drills and sticking with a strict diet. Here I will draft the perfect steps that I took to lose 10 pounds in just a workweek.

1. Keep Distance from all fried foods for the week
2. Drink an 8oz glass of Citrus paradisi with breakfast every day. (this speeds up up your metabolism)
3. Eat fair portions (stop consuming when you are full)
4. Instead of eating 3 huge a meals a day, consume 5-6 smaller meals to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat.
5. Do not eat anything after 9pm. Its good to eat before 9 P.M. so that our body gets proper time to burn calories before sleep.
6. Get plenty of sleep every night. Not getting enough rest causes been proven to be a major element to the body putting up excess fat.
7. Utilize a body/colon clean for the 7 days. This will get rid of excess fat stored close to the stomach area as well as cleanse your body of harmfull pollutants that makes you store fat and feel tired. Flush away excess pounds around the stomach area that otherwise would be hard to lose.
8. I reccomend you using Acai Berry Diet Pills. This one is proven to work, and you can get a free trial.
9. For those individuals who need to burn fat quickly, avoid alcoholic beverage.
10. A low GI diet is an outstanding method of burning weight quickly.

I read that as 'Utilize a clean colon'. That got my attention, but for all the wrong reasons... :lol:

Personally, I've found just taking a shit in the morning makes me lose a couple of lbs, super quickly.. :twisted:

I hate all this bullshit!

You forgot one key element! Don't be a lazy cunt and do some exercise!

I've lost about a stone and a half over the last year mainly because I realised I didn't want to become a fat bastard, just watch your fat and saturated fat intake (not hard you get handy % shit on 99% of food these days) and your sorted. Don't crash diet, it's for dumb fucks.

Oh and try to stay away from crisps, those motherfuckers are full of shit.

i used to be a thin motherfucker when i joined bk, its true !

that was when i went to the gym twice a week and played football with freinds and when i had my little press up machine.

now that its broken and i've no longer got a gym card because that was up in dundee i've turned myself into a right fatty.

i feel ok for who i am at the moment, once i've got better resources i'll come off the weight, my diet is fine but exercise is needed.

so if your like me, my advice is to jump on the fucking treadmill and the press up machine, its the only thing that kept my gut at bay, diet pills contain a certain chemical which makes you not hungry.

take like amphetamines (Speed) they contain similar properities to what it does for you and food, if you've tried that stuff before you'll notice your never hungry.

not eating is worse for your health than sitting about doing nothing, your body needs key products to function and without them your fucked, the best thing to do really is to plan a diet and follow the routine of it, it doesn't need to be salads all the time but those help, if you eat the same amount of food at the same time every day then your immune system (or something else i can't remember) will get used to processing that amount every day and thus causing you to maintain your weight, put exercise on top of that and your going to lose the weight.


now what has happened here is, some guy has went to medical school to be a doctor, but he was too stupid and thick to be able to become a full doctor, so what he's done is started a diet pill service for all the stupid fat people who are too lazy to maintain there diets and exercise, i may be a prodigy shirt size XL but i'm not stupid, its just a dick hungry for money.


all of you guys would know anyway, why the fuck am i ranting for ? hmm maybe i just needed to rant today.

ur either just lazy, weak n 2 stupid to change, or you have a genuine condition that prevents it. you need to see a doctor or a shrink or just plain toughen up.

for the majority people who can stick to something that they want to achieve, most of the mainstream diets do work so long as you keep at it.

for me, the laziest most effective diet you can do is the atkins, you eat fatty meat, eggs, cheese, green salad, lo-carb veg, n can sit on your arse all day while the fat melts away. u dont have 2 think 2 much, theres no ratios n shit like that. u can eat all the spam you like!!

If I were on a diet I would deffo try this shit sounds like it may work.
Unfortunatly for me I was told by my boyfriend last night I was skinny and I should seriously think about eating more (parently he said if I did diet any more which I HAVENT BEEN in the last few weeks I'll end up anorexic!)

Thing is I eat like I've never eaten before which is some weird shit too... Yesterday believe it or not I ate 1 large big mac meal and a deli chicken salad roll followed by a nice large banana milkshake ... go figure that one out :roll:

So I guess in all honesty no matter how much I eat I just keep getting skinnier!

I think booze is the main culprit for me, out every weekend hitting it hard with the largers, ciders n spirits.

Whats the least fatty alcoholic drinks?

hmm i've not had booze for a couple months and i used to binge it, i dont think booze really gives u much fat =/


but i know beer and cider are the ones to stay from.

stronger spirit drinks have less fat, also you dont need nearly as much as you would beer so you aren't drinking as much either, things like tequila, whiskey, vodka, Jagermeister maybe even aftershock and lower percentage stuff like poof juice (WKD) but that would be the fattiest.

try stay away from fizzy alcoholic drinks and you'll be ok
