My cousin want's to set up a business and wants to know a good program for web design. I figure BK and Arie could definitely answer this... I need something stable and safe

I use Adobe Dreameweaver or Coffe Cup HTML.
For just editing page I use Notepad++

use templates, you can find some free ones on the net or you can "buy" some from templatesmonster. edit them with dreamweaver and flash
here is some of my work www.netcomval.it
used templates from the web to make the work easier
