So after almost 5 years of shit because of my ankylosing spondylitis disease, i am finaly going to Thailand to train and fight. There was a periode where is was thinking about how my life was gonna be without martial art training.. But thankfully my training and diet paid off. I have been healthy for a long periode now (since early 2010).
