For all of you who work out an and are into fitness an dancing then is this the program for you! It comes out the first week of July an all the movements are set to the music so its really fun! This is a trailer an also a video of a beachbody coach doing the program for 3 mins an man just doing that is tough!! So crank up the volume and try it if you can do that then your a beast an your ready for this program and I recommend everyone try to do what this guy can do for those 3 mins an post what you think!
