Can't seem to find/see the shortcut to the homepage via this forum index ??
Thought it was the top banner, but that just takes you to the forum index again.

Cos it's quicker to have a direct link to it somewhere on every page

It's not just the latest news in here tho...you should check the main page. That should be your first port of call as there's new info added all the time on there (unlike a lot of sites) plus links to many very useful BK pages
