Yeah but take a look at iggy pop! He's the man. We need keith and maxim to take alot more drugs. I guess liam just has to make music, it's less exhausting on stage so he can stay clean.

He'll make a good handbag though when he pops his clogs.

Some of you disapoint me....whats wrong with Prodigy making albums into their later years? Sure, if they were out there trying to be sex-symbol anarchists at 50+ that might be lame, but suppose they evolved their live show and sound into something more mature...something more aged with wisdom.....something dark and mage-like....think Trent Reznor...he's almost 50 and still tearing it up live, because he's focused on the music, and less with his image....

Of course I couldn't picture keith at 65 leaping around spitting on people, but I CAN imagine watching a 65 year old on stage making powerful, and awesome music. Fuck anyone who says just because your old, you should STOP making music.

well, Liam should not stop making music. I wanna hear as much as he can do. but The Prodigy is a 100% live act, that's what this album is supposed to show us, so when the band gets older, it cannot be as exciting to see them firestart the crowd. Boys will definitely lose energy/style (to people's eyes at least).

I guess they won't be able to keep attracting young people to their shows.

I don't think it's going to be a problem when only older people go to prodigy gigs. The energy will be less, but there's already a difference between prodigy in 97 and prodigy in 2009. I don't care really. It's still banging.

Oh, btw, I don't care how iggy pop looks in a commercial, I never watch tv. I saw him live 2 years ago or so and I was surprised by his energy... he does well for an old guy :) It was enjoyable. Like people say, it's not because you look old, that you can't bring madness to the stage even when it's different compared to 10 years earlier.

I guess you gotta ask yourself, are YOU gonna be finished rocking when you are old? Gonna lay down your arms, and conform to some pre-established notion of what old people should be and act like?

Thats not very punk.....

As I said, it doesn't necessarily have to equate to MOSHING, or FIRESTARTING.....but if the guys have the drive, have a message, and have the passion, than who cares how old they are? Iggy is a good example not only because of his insane energy onstage, its because he hasn't let his age affect his ego.....he just does what he does, however he can do it, AS AN ARTIST, and lets the pieces fall where they may.

yeah thats right what you say dims, they have matured it all up, its like a great big ceremony when a prodigy gig starts, and like liam says, as long as the buzz is still there they'll keep going, the guys a master and he shouldn't stop now they attract new fans all the time

I could see Prodigy implementing more live visuals in their show....cinematics/animation....Wonder what sort of cool technology looms on the horizon in regards to live audio/visual performances....guarantee they will be some of the first to have access to it.

It's the silence before the storm, something might be coming your way, or maybe not?

Keep your eyes peeled
