really irritates me watching the brit music awards...so many f'ed up bands receiving awards...no mention of prodigy...they are so much better than any of those "artists" that received awards

what you have to remember that the brit awards is a true reflection of bad music, robbie williams got an award for outstanding contribution to music..that says it all....the only good thing about that programme was peter kay..

fuck so what if robbie ran out of coke and needed to bring some new music out, isn't those brit awards judged by a certain board or something ? instead of voting and actual sales ?

yeah the brits are voted for by music industry knobs. thats why the prod have never attended them, although they got a couple of awards back in'97! i wonder where those awards are now :lol:

Great news, hate to say it but I think the marketing did alot of work for this album besides it being a hit.

yeah, marketing. for example in bbc radio 1 etc.
double platinum means over 1 million sold album copies.
how many copies was sold from other Prodigy albums ?
AONO was double platinum too ?

Prodigy were awarded gold disc in Poland in march... which means 10 000 copies : )
