Got mine in the post today (glad the postal workers didn't go on strike today). I ordered it from HMV.

I haven't had a chance to open it yet but it looks like it comes with the same IMD mini tour programme that the Japanese special edition album comes with.

Opened it now. It does have the mini tour booklet. It's exactly the same as the tour programme that was sold on the 'Invaders Must Die' tour except it's CD sized.

The Live videos on the DVD are the same as quality as previous Dugdale live videos.

If you open the disc in PC, and check disc's info you can see that previous disc was NTSC with 720x480 resolution, while PAL should be 720x576.
