I just read on someones ebay, in the write up for the bag "A few select shops were only allowed to buy one of these bags per shop."

That's bullshit. These bags are rare but not that fucking rare. A shop in glasgow I dropped into had at least 5 of them on the shelf with possibly more through the back.
