I wouldn't worry that it is down, its probably because the download isn't for a limited time and will be posted at that time not only for that time. They probably just want to eliminate the panic by fixing the post.

maybe this is all a way to disperse downloaders from nailing the site all at once and crashing it. i don't think it's only going to be for only an hour.

but they obviously know there's a hardcore fanbase watching their every move.

so put it up, let the hardcores get it first, then do proper advertising and get the outsiders aware. seems logical to keep traffic at a minimum.
