I think Fighter Beat isn't that bad at all, maybe because it reminds me of my favourite oldskool game Last Ninja

Off-topic I know.. but those first 2 LN games have the best electronic sounding soundtracks from the late 80's-early 90's!

i kinda like them tracks now. but still, FB doesn't sound like it comes from liam at all.
there's totally no prodigy/liam vibe in there... strange. but that ain't a bad thing though.
not everything has to be "prodigy".

Fighter Beat reminds me of Boys Noize.

most of boys noize's stuff sounds a tad more aggressive and cleverer than FB imo. but as i said, it's ok.

Black Smoke has Liam written all over it.

i'm glad neither of these were on the album...but it is called lost beats for a reason..im more of a fan of fighter beat...this track is so atmospheric!...i think black smoke should of been worked on and mixed with piranha i dont know why but i just see that track working well with this espaically with maxim vocal's and that strange horn!

they dont sound like very finished projects. as if he where to pass em on to paul jackson anyway. doesnt fit with IMD

Neither is good, but Fighter Beat > Black Smoke.
The thing I like about FB is that it reminds me of the Unreal Tournament soundtracks which I love.

newsflash : I'm starting to like Fighter Beat, definitely grew on me, just had to get used to it a bit
