I have learned nothing new except he bumped into Kool Keith walking down the street.

Is that really the only questions you sent or was there more and he didn't answer?

Ah ok. Liam choosing the well trodden path

Maybe the questions he didn't answer would give more of an insight.

You should have asked if he wouldn't put the binned AONO tracks up for free download, like he promised 14 years ago. Nice enough interview, though the Aussie questions are not so exiting for the rest of the world ;) You should have told him we appreciate him bringing Experience back to the set, and if he would put some of the acid tracks from Jilted along the set aswell...

No. 48

Quote:
The Prodigy probably shouldn’t really sound this great in 2018, almost 30 years since their debut show in a tiny east London venue. Yet ‘No Tourists’, the Essex ravers’ bracingly brilliant seventh album, is a wild ride indeed, an absurdly inspired collection that uses touchstones from their stellar output – there’s a reference to the guitar riff from classic track ‘Breathe’, for instance – as though assembling an army to carry out their sonic onslaught. These are amongst the hardest tracks they’ve ever produced, a journey exemplified by the uncompromising ‘Champions of London’, proving longevity doesn’t always mean mellowing out. Rave on. JB

After a few months of listening I’m ready to call We Live Forever my favourite Prodigy track ever. It’s not the best album overall but it’s a good one and this track especially is something really, really special.

7. TDIME (exhausting, pure violence and at times just too much - good effort non the less) 6/10

The pure violence aspect is a major reason I rate this album so highly. It's got, IMO, a lot of strong tracks on it. But there's no denying the past two albums have been more divisive than those which went before.

I haven't wrote my review of the new album until now. wow.

I listened to it immensely after it released, kept pause for some time and now listened to it again after few months.

I can feel it that Liam wrote that quite quickly. Album has a good flow. Nothing brand new sonically, but really consistent. AND FUN! I really looking forward to hear more tracks live.

In the end and i think single release choices wasn't that bad at all. Need Some 1 and Light Up The Sky are great tracks, almost highlights of the album for me. NS1 is exactly what it is, INTRO, 2 minutes of little madness with bit groove to kick off the rest of it. I forkin love it.

It still is Proper prodigy MADNESS. I thank Liam that he is still up to wrecking himself for giving us that stuff.
Prodigy music isn't something to analyze too much IT's just to 'let it go'!

It is difficult to compare post 2000 stuff to albums like MFTJG and FOTL. You can strike brilliance only so many times.

But comparing No Tourist to IMD and TDIME for example, i like it more as complete album, from beginning to end.

I would give:

IMD - 7.9

TDIME - 8

NT - 8.2

FOTL, MFTJG above 9
