definitely an outstanding job by Cooking Vinyl. I wouldn't believe if you told me 3 months ago that the album would remain unheard five days prior its release.

There is a short "preview" article about the new album on one Czech music website where the guy who wrote it heard the whole thing. Not much new info but one thing is new to me, that Rhythm Bomb contains distorted female vocal part, also Beyond The Deathray has no beat at all. It seems that Invisible Sun was probably his favourite track.

Weather Experience is probably my favourite track from them. Ever. Nobody creates soundscapes like Liam can. |

I always liked the atmopsheric bits best. Weather Experience, Climbatize (which, funnily, is Liam's least favourite track on FOTL), 3 Kilos, the whole Narcotic Suite - this is as much Prodigy as is SMBU or Firestarter, to me. The Trick was also fantastic. Sadly, it doesn't feel like he's too interested in writing more ambientish or cineastically colourful things these days. And if he does, they're not as creative and 'deep' as they used to be. But yeah, got hopes for Deathray too. Maybe we're lucky and get some nice long outro on one of the tracks or something. Like on Speedway. |

Leak damn you leak...
I know it's wrong but I can't help it, I can't take it any more, I want my life back release me from the misery, leak won't you. Or at least an early gift for those who bothered to pre-order?

I just hope they play a few tunes on Radio 1 tomorrow to keep me going for the few days
