Hi Terry,

Congratulations and thanks for claiming your prize!!

I will pass your details over to the Prodigy who will arrange to manufacture your Double Platinum disc and personalize it with your name. Winners have until 28th February to claim their prizes so you will be contacted after this date to let you know that your disc is being dispatched to you.

Well done again!

If I can help in any other way please let me know.

Thanks,

That sucks, they need to get their acts together. I know people have had problems with them on this board. I haven't ever had a problem in all the years I've bought stuff from them, until now...

Right I'm gonna phone them on Monday and ask what's going on. If they have a decent answer then ok...

Mate, I can tell you exactly what they'll say, all customer service can do is process the order and don't have anything to do with the packaging and delivery side and can't influence or rush it further. They will say the snow has delayed things due to lack of personnel getting to work (I rung the other day and got an answer phone message saying they didn't have manned telephones due to staff shortage) and your order will arrive when it does. They can't even give you an estimate.

That said, if they have no influence or contact with packaging then calling can't hinder your chances of getting an envelope...

My book arrived today and no envelope inside. :(
Oh well. Wasn't expecting one so can't be too dissapointed.

The book itself is very good. The only thing I'm not keen on is the double page photos that have the subject in the centre right where the page fold is, so you cannot see the photo properly.

That sucks!
If I remember rightly they did that with the Their Law book if I'm not mistaken. Please put me right if I'm wrong :P

royalmail want nearly £20 to send it back, i'm waiting for recordstore to get back in touch. Also paypal wont help as your not covered for damage.
And my last rant at store is this, i paid for courier on tickets from store and DX have since told me that the snow has made it difficult to send tickets out, they have sent by standard royal mail through door with no signature WTF!
