I'm generally as baffled as you are with these reviews...

Ibiza the standout track? WTF is that??

ps; neorev, are you gonna be remixing one of these tunes? I'm seriously tempted to try my hands at beyond :D

Well atleast Shitfork gave Their Law a 9.1.

Tho 6.0 on TDIME and 5.8 on IMD? Thats an insult. TDIME blows IMD away.

I just got online and thought I'd google the album to see what was being said, and saw that Pitchfork had written a review. I thought they were a respected outlet that would have some actual knowledge and give a decent review, and I cannot, fucking believe what I have just read! The person who wrote that......I just don't even know what to say.

Haha, mental. No comment section after the review as well, so we can't even read the crap that the reviewer would, and should, normally get.

pitchfork has never had a comment section.
They do have a facebook page though. They keep "audience" interaction to a bare minimum.

First off, DOA is a music forum, not a music review blog, so your comparison is completely from nowhere and I suspect is just a troll comment.

Secondly, I've chatted to far more interesting, eloquent and knowledgable people there than I ever have here. Drum and bass may be perceived as a chavvy music scene but you're only skim reading what it's about. I very much doubt chavs are into Photek.
