actually that adds up perfectly. finish tracks, then finalize tracklist and artwork. those things would take this much time. I think mid october would be on schedule

It might add up, that is ofcourse if any of it at all were true :P

This is exaclty the same stage the album was in 18 months ago.

I believe that this time its for real... I think all those previous times when Liam has stated that it was nearly finished that he probably believed he was really nearly finished at those times...

But Liam being the way he is probably re-evaluted and over analysed over and over. I think he really wants this album to kick ass and thats why its taken so long. I bet that he probably had an albums worth of material ready many times, and then scrapped tracks and started again.

This time I think is for real.
Well I really hope so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the only thing I don't get is why we can't know the album title, would it really be such a bad thing if we knew it? whats the problem? might as well not tell us the names of the tracks they been playing either... We knew AONO as a title for years.... Thats the only thing I don't understand.

The album will finish in mid October, but Liam will release it in February. This time take the promotion and mixing.

I hope you're right, I really do. I was just taking into account that Liam normally takes a lot longer than that for the average track, let alone 2 or 3...

I'd anticipate that although Liam may well have finished or nearly finished writing the tracks, there's still a lot of work to be done. He's indicated on several occasions that he doesn't like to do much technical stuff, so now he needs to sit in the studio with his engineer(s) and work out production, then mixdown, and finally mastering.

To be honest given the time between when he announced he was finished with AONO (the picture with him holding the cd in the studio), the UTE leak and the final album release, February might actually be a bit early. I'd even lean towards March or April for a final release.

If the manager can't tell the album title yet it probably does mean that it won't be called Invaders Must Die. I wonder if this was a deliberate red herring on the band's part to hype the anticipation a bit more.

They must know that the site has been discovered by now. :?

Possible scrapped tracks and album name, what's going on ?
