colours wrote: please dont try to convince me. unless u enjoy wasting ur time ok i can stand the sound. but cant stand the vocals. keith became fake with that one....'shout it out loud' ?? etc, etc .... come on.... if i want to listen to punk, i'd prefer sex pistols.... piranha has got real punky vibe. run not. its just my oppinion. but i'd really like to not stay focused on one track which i dont like too much i'd prefer to discuss about all these brillant tunes
RWTW got a drum and bass vibe

"Take Me to the Hospital" feels like the perfect blend of Jilted and Fat. I can't lean either way when listening to it, it feels so much like both.
And I agree about "Run With the Wolves." It was initially one of the tracks I didn't care for, and now it's already on my cell phone. So yea...on a sound system it's pretty epic.
Only skippable tracks for me are "IMD" (which sucks because the intro is great) and "Colours" depending on my mood. It sounds too much like AONO until the 1 minute mark, and that's too much for me. lol

I also love the production quality on this album, its so sharp.
Much better than AONO

Yea there are some cheap lyrics on this album that anoy me.
"shout it out loud" on RWTW
But the real shocker for me is on colours:
"dog's are bitting, so exciting"
That line is just cronic

I love the lyrics, prodigy have the most unique meaningless random lyris ever! and thats what makes them the best
stuff like ''if i was in ww2 theyd call me spitfire'' or ''lick it once, lick it twice'' ''twisted firestarter'' , ''along came a spider'' etc etc
and ofcourse BGAT legenday rohypnol lyrics
i just love it

Oh don't get me wrong mate, I love them too. I see them more as another instrument rather than a meaningful lyric.
But that line in colours just sounds so wrong to me. It's just a really pop-song-esque line. Really hate it.

It's "Dogs are Fighting", but still, the lyrics aren't as important compared to the music to me anyhow, doesnt bother me

It's fuckall to do with the lyrics.
It's just the way it sounds. It makes me cringe.

yea xcolours has got very poor lyrics i agree. would be better if only chick was singing. i think it is overloaded with vocals. electronic commodore64 riff is nice, but way too much singing over the riff..anyway im in love with its final part from 2:25
the best lyrics are in hospital and piranha. catchy, full of energy and abstract

yeah man, at that point when the female vocal comes in and says "SHOW YOUR COLOURS" with the "warning" sounding bassline.. sounds wicked. Wish that section from then onwards was just a little bit longer.
