I'm sure it's Liam trying to stir some attention for Milton Keynes
(already sold out so don't really understand the point but hey it's Liam so doesn't need to make much sense anyway)

What I would say to Liam is -
QUIT USING THERAMIN and STOP COLLABORATING WITH PENDULUM
That ought to sort out this issue.

So Piranha, pretty much the only Prodigy track with theremin, is ... 'Pendulum-like'...????? hougqwdiufeoufdg 208ert39f3tr0834gr08

Theres theremin in Omen - never said they sound like Pendulum, just that all this oldschool sci-fi sound can make the two bands sound similar to your average unschooled dance music listener...

Ok, maybe not Omen, but wasn't IN SILICO an alien invaders themed album?

Well I remember the music video was all about spaceships in the sky....i mean you may say INVADERS and WAR OF THE WORLDS are two separate things, but honestly they are very similar....
Look, any time you boast a crowd rocking dance party with guitars, you are gonna be lumped into a 'genre' or 'style'....now we all know this style is BECAUSE of Prodigy, but I thought it was kind of strange how IMD had so much in common with Pendulum.....I could see past some of those real obvious things and find much to appreciate in the production and beats, but as i said before, to the 17 year old market as a whole, they probably see Pendulum and Prodigy as 'the same thing'.....
Why was it that on dogsonacid when IMD dropped every other remark was that it sounded like Pendulum?
I laugh at anyone who thinks I'm disrespecting Prodigy by saying all this....Prodigy's music is one of the most sacred things in my life.

Theremin? Surely you just mean the synths with the strong LFO vibrato? Like the backing synth in Omen.
N yeah, Hold Your Colour was a good album, but Rob Swire really shud stop doing the shitty over-processed singing on all their tracks.

IMD is on another level to anything Pendulum have ever done! Its heavier, dirty & aggresive. Pure chatoic madness where as Pendulum is just piss poor bog standard drum & bass beats with some awful vocals thrown on top!
Yes early Pendulum material was good for that time & for the youngsters to jump on but somewhere along the line they lost the plot and turned to shite! There stuff sounds the same these days!
Voodoo People remix was heavy and i love it but lets be honest they didnt have to do a lot with that track as it was already a killer! They just put a drum & bass beat over it and tweaked it here and there!
For the people that compare them both, get your backsides to the MK Bowl in a few weeks time! Then you will see the major difference between them!

I doubt any BKer has a problem separating Prodigy and Pendulum....and if so they need to be outed and educated QUICK.
