Subfocus: theres a guy called jho at echo location, who now manages pendulum
BigSugar: yeah i know him
Subfocus: he was asked to get a few dnb artists to do prodigy remixes, without the parts- just sampling the originals yknow
Subfocus: by the prodigys label
BigSugar: haha yeah proper Liam being stingy w/ the parts lol j/k
Subfocus: a few artists got involved, its wierd beacause it was almost like a remix competition between the top dnb artists because they were only ever gonna accept 2 of the mixes
Subfocus: luckily they chose mine and pendulums
BigSugar: ah yeah there's a TC remix of SMBU which i have as well that was never released
Subfocus: yeah zinc did a mix of charly as well
BigSugar: ah yeah heard that
Subfocus: those were the other main remixes

I don't want to pee on Energy's chips so to speak (always appreciated matey!), but I'd like to present my own rip of the 4 broadcast tracks from Radio 1. It's in 320 kb/s and from a flawless digital source which I recorded live myself when it was broadcast in '05. I haven't needed to boost any of the volume or clean it up at all. It really is that good.

These are the best around? they sound exactly like the rips, were they taken from a digital stream online?

I recorded the whole thing to mini-disc, just need to get off my arse and rip them to mp3

Seems like they've removed Poison etc from the myspace player! Only thing there now is Memphis Bells and One Love Jonny L Remix.... They should put up some new tracks..... :?

Who is "Ellsr"?
Johnny L remix and Eskimo remix says "Repack by Ellsr" in the comments field. Eskimo remix is track 7 on "Voodoo People Remixes".

Atleast they have actually uploaded some stuff, fair enough its old stuff but its better than just having the same stuff on their media player, a teaser for Worlds On Fire would have been good though :)
