Even if i like WoD i have listened to the live version. Its much more cooler, even with just a few added stuffs.
The wolves/dogs barking at the beginning and a motorcycle starting just before the beats comes in. And also the voodoo drums "dum dum" when the first "breakdown" enters a few seconds after.

But it's a shame that Rise is not on the album, especially in the beginning of the track it has the same helicopter sound like in the end of The Day. It means Rise is originally meant to be on the album right after The Day. Rise is one of my fav tracks from the album so I sad that it's just shit digital bonus track. I'm a bit disappointed that the hardest tracks are The Day and WOD and no other tracks like thsese songs. Rebel Radio, Destroy are had tracks but not as complex tracks like The Day and WOD. They are a bit simple. I'm also a bit disappointed with Roadblox and Rok-weiler, I thought they are more heavy and rockier, but they are too electronic. Anyway they are good tracks. Oh and Deathray gave me goosbumps. It's really like Omen Reprise but more darker. Invisible Sun also a great track and it's totally feels a closer track. Rhythm Bomb is better than I thought after the moaning in this forum. I like this track, it's phat! GYFO is not bad but it's not only Hospital recycling, but WF too, I have mixed feeling about GYFO.
Maybe the album is a bit longer than needed, but it's a very massive album.
I remember Rise was in the early 13-track tracklist. Anyone has that tracklist? I want to know the Rise was after The Day or not. The Day Is My Enemy wasn't on that tracklist. That was the tracklist for Rebel Radio, before it got renamed. Rise came after Roadblox.

You can make the case that Fuel my fire was actually better than the original L7 tune, with its added melodies, carefully layered vocals (Keef + the singer of Republica. nice.) etc....
Rise of the Eagles is just a boring performance of the original track. :/ I like the intro though.

I love their Rise Of The Eagles cover, especially that lead synth. It's catchy

The vocals are too quiet and distorted and they have very minimal lyrics on each track, just a few words and a few sentences per track. The last full vocal track that has full lyrics through the track was BGAT and I very miss that type of tracks. Have you listened to the official release yet? Or are you still going by the original leak that came out? Because the vocals are really quiet, lost in the mix, on original leak from iTunes Dunno if it had to do with the Itunes leak being lower stream quality But there's a CD rip out there and the vocals are much more present, fuller, and layered especially on Rebel Radio, there's all of these crazy vocal FX going on in the background I have listened the CD rip, the quality is very sharp, loud and good.

It can hear that Liam originally wanted Rise after The Day.

just have to add that I had so much fun today playing TDIME in my car ....
Very sharp production ... very powerful (thanks to the soundsystem in my car as well.. but no, I don't drive a muscle car, the speakers are quite alright though).
I really love the new Prodigy album - total U-Turn from my side regarding my feelings for this record.

The Prodigy always change each album. But this one is pretty damn close to Fat. Except no.. funk?
1. Dance, rave, drugs and hapiness. 2. F the law, drugs, dance, electronic and dreamy. 3. Punk, funk, dirt and their own sound. 4. 80s disco stuffs plus dance. 5. More focused on dance, takes stuffs from the popular electronic genres and makes their own sound, i guess? 6. More violent, more electronic, more of their own sounds. 7. ?
Liam said hes going to make it even more violent, i think? He said F TDIME not violent enough.

1. Pure, prime slab of hardcore breakbeat rave. Classic 2. Techno, hip hop and metal influences are added to the mix. 3. Big Beat + punk influences added. 4. Even more punk vibes, 80's electro hip hop, electroclash, psychedelic rock. 5. Nostalgia. Going back to the old rave "sounds" but with influences from the current scene (French Touch, DNB, etc..). 6. Takes cues from ALL eras of the band.
AONO was innovative enough to influence the french touch scene. The 5th and 6 records dont bring anything new to the table.

Feel ashamed to not know the names of each genre. I just go for the feels. MFTJG is dreamy and trippy. Maybe its just me or is Liam trying to go back to Experience with his tracks? I mean "woo" on Wall of Death and all the trippy tunes. Everytime i listen to Rok-Weiler, it grows on me. Fuck man if they put it in FOTL it would be one of my fav tracks. Feels like it was intented for FOTL but Liam scrapped it and found the stuffs again. Its so damn pretty. I love it so much. Breathe is still the top following No Good and Break and Enter but this one is on top 10.

I don't think the new records need to bring anything new to the table. I think all of the records up until Invaders Must Die was Liam trying to find his own voice. We finally got that with The Day Is My Enemy.
Experience was Liam reacting to the warehouse rave and breaks of the early 90's Jilted was his reaction to progressive house taken over the scene, more 4 on the floors and tracks lasting for several minutes Fat Of The Land was Liam going back to his sample/hip hop roots AONO was Liam looking back and bringing all of his inspirations together that he had grown up on IMD was the band being a band again, all of their personalities coming together and The Prodigy finally being The Prodigy. TDIME is The Prodigy... everything about Liam and the band rolled up all into one.
We already got all of the different facets of Liam's musical personality.
TDIME is The Prodigy
I don't understand people needing Liam to completely reinvent himself with the new album. The previous albums weren't really Liam reinventing himself, but just exploring different sides to his own musical tastes.
Liam has explored all of the different musical avenues that he's grown up on, loved, and experienced. I think people are completely missing the point bashing this because it's not some new sound. Liam is in his 40's now, he is who he is, and TDIME is the best representation of that.
This is why he says it's his most consistent record and his personal best record.
This album is the accumulation of The Prodigy sound all in one record.

Good, i hope it stays like that in the following albums. And when he gets too old, it is our turn to take the honor to sample his tunes and make our own tracks. I am 25 years old now, im pretty sure thats the Prodigy guys ages around FOTL?
