Latest 'Q' magazine in a full page review gives both albums 4 out of 5 and both get "Q Recommends".
No I can't scan it because I read it in the shop.

Are these really re-mastered? They sound identical to me flicking between the new & old versions. The only difference is that the start & stop points are slightly different and The Heat The Energy starts at the beginning of that 'extra' bit that used to be at the end of Speedway.

How does one master perfection? In all seriousness, there's not much difference but it does seem slightly clearer, especially B&E.

i've got a shitty old sound system and i tell you, the difference is big!
i can hear some deep notes now, the sound is clearer and it's overall vibe is more perfect
believe me, i got a very nice time hearing those tunes in such quality.
there are moments when i'm like 'fuck, i didn't heard that before'!
but yeah it's because i never used any hi-fi hardware. . .

Only problem I have is...... Why do they make the fucking cases out of such shitty plastic. The divide for the cds always snap off at the hinges

Got them both today, B&E 05 rules and thankfully has plenty of bass. Voodoo and Poison Radio 1 are awesome, good to have them in the best quality. Android sounds really good, better than I've heard it before...
As for the rest of the remasters (ie other than Android) I don't really care for them. I think Exp is remastered better than Jilted but neither are as good as the originals. The originals are perfect already, you shouldn't mess with classics. Jilted really lacks something remastered, I can't put my finger on it. Experience isn't as pure either remastered. All the remixes are better in non-remastered form too. I don't really care though because I didn't buy them for the remasters, all I bought them for was for B&E 05, Voodoo and Poison Radio 1 and Android. That is literally the only reason I bought them. As for the rest of it I shall continue listening to the non remastered tracks on their original releases...
