is there anybody who noticed that IMD at 2:01 have sample used from intro of 'scienide'?

i didnt read all the post of this topic and i dont know what about u guys, but i'd say that it is more Pendulum like track than Prodigy...

Just wanted to say... if some people are complaining about it sounding "weak" or "flat", that may be because on this mp3 download there is no end compression on the master. Radio Stations automatically add compression to tracks they broadcast, and alot of bands don't put this end mastering compression on mixes they send to radio stations, as they know it will become too compressed when broadcast.

It seems the mp3 version we all have downloaded is the same mix that Zane Lowe has. Load the mp3 into a sound editor... you'll see its not very "full"... then try loading spitfire into the audio program... you'll see it looks a lot "bigger".

I guess if any of you are going to be playing it at parties or dj sets or whatever, it'd be a good idea to add 6db compression to it ;P

when i heard 'invaders must die' i felt cheated. felt it was a rip off from bands like justice or pendulum. but the thing is it's more sophisticated as it looks like... to say the truth i never thought it's a bad tune. it was soo cheesy from the beginning. but it was this like rip-off thing. my fucking apologies!

INVADERS MUST DIE INDEED IS AN ALBUM TEASER. AND IT'S WICKED ALBUM TEASER!!

now when i saw the video (when seein which, i was pissed off completely at first. well....) for me announcement of their 5th album is complete!
i'll will share my thoughts on the track and video both:

1. Invaders Must Die - cheeky title.
- Invaders are bands like justice, pendulum or chems. of course
- The Prodigy are Invaders too. we all know they're aliens yeah?

2. of course it's a competition. and Liam was always about compete. this guy from a video is possesed by the guys and is just a character but why is he black and wears a hat sam as maxim did in out of space clip. yeah 'out of space' - the alien thing on the prodigy are about now!
why is he black guy? why don't? BUT! maybe it's because Maxim is going to return in such powerfull tune or even better as 'Poison'?!? we'll see haHA!! sick

3. HIDDEN MESSAGES are fucking crazy! LOVE THIS VID! and 'INVADERS MUST DIE' IS A WAREHOUSE BANGER! don't listen to it at home, TAKE IT TO AT LEAST POWERFUL CLUB! believe me it will smash your head! Liam stated few times he's very into heavy werehouses parties. and thats it!
i believe WAREHOUSE MESSAGE is this house on the beginnig of the video. where it all started...

4. i don't want to write same thing about the same HIDDEN MESSAGES , they are on the previous pages

5. this tune is 1/3 prodigy, 1/3 justice (i think biggest Liam inspiration atm, luv them tooo!), 1/3 pendulum, chems etc.. BECAUSE it's a hidden message to those bands: KEEP OUT, LET NO ONE TAKE IT, DOGS LOOSE (my dogs will kill you!)

6. the platforms - their last stage, THE PRODIGY ARE GOING TO BE SPACE INVADERS

7. i think the tune really got mega old ufo sci-fi movies vibe mixed with new space technology!

8. if it really is 40 minutes, now i believe it will be great 40 minutes of one of the best (the best -[DANCE]) and complete SPACE SHIT!
they are so emotional and confident about it, that it makes them so arrogant! but hey, lets wait and find out!

9. as the rave generation from late 80s and 1990 won't come back, we have to accept the fact that the prodigy, justice, pendulum, daft punk and others -- its all RAVE 2.0 and it will never be something like 19 years back! this is THE RAVE

10. let we just listen and hav fun from the music and leave the competition to the creators saying if this tune is hit or shit not is fucking musical racism if u don't feel it listen to something else. that's the best attitude i think (i'm trying to keep it)

11. now it all make sense why i keep to listen to this tune over & over again

12. oh this last interview by keith when he says more 'you know' than every other words maybe he's just tryin to keep a lot to himself for a while..?

13. DON'T LOOSE THE TRUST IN THE PRODIGY!!! we don't want them to leave the earth don't we?

I dunno i kinda like it but not that much as wof or wd. At my first listen I hated the damn thing.. now it grows on me. It's just a teaser and It'as a good one, the best is ahead when we get 11 tunes from the album + 4 from the lost beats ep and +1 mescalin as a b-side.. so total 16 new tunes, and there could be more bsides + a dvd. fuckin' great.

the best thing is my 2 best friends love this tune...wtf? All this time they hated the prodigy and now they are asking me wich album they should check out..Liam will gain new fans no doubt.

I've brainwash myself with "Invader Must Die" and i've got to say i souldn't have voted "shity one".
I did that caz my expectations for "new" music after 4-5 years of waitting was much bigger from a huge band like Prodigy.

It's an "ok track" but i'm sure i ain't gonna "love it".

Average track, average video. It's cool that they use the ant logo again tho... it's the coolest logo.

Good idea but this time without "This is Justice" or "This is Pendulum" caz this could be either "I love it" or "Ok track" or "Shitty one".

I'd like to be able to check both "This is just OK" and "This is Pendulum"...
