i think that this track is from aono/post aono recording sessions and liam just put it there becouse this is not going to be on album and it is good place to put it you know electro sounding perfectly fits racing ambient(also money is reason :-D

Download Windows Media Encoder. It comes with a set of programs to edit and encode windows media files.
In the install directory, open the .wmv file with "wmstreamedt.exe" and tick the box with the audio track on the list, and press "create file". You will then have extracted the original wma audio from the video, and it would be piece of cake to convert it to another audio format if you wish.
