I see that a lots of people want WD as a single, because it's gonna be successful. Well, probably it will, as mostly weak tracks tend to dominate the charts these days, and WD is definitely the weakest of the new tracks.
However, I prefer a strong single, sounding big and mean, rather than a cheesy one.
And btw, WOF is twice the tune WD is, but I hope for something even better as a single.

P.S.
Note that I'm not saying that WD is a bad tune - it's just pretty weak by The Prodigy's standards. It may beat the crap out of every other electronica tune out there, but for me that's not good enough :-D

I agree with n/a about WD and WOF.
However, funny to see how the line is going, and to imagine how it WILL go (it's not that hard). Now we are at:
what's gonna be the new single hm hm
what'll be on the album and what on the bonus hm hm

Some months later:
what is your fav track from the new single?
what is the worst track from the new single?

Some months later:
what is your fav track from the album?
worst track of the new album?

Some months later:
what tracks u wanna hear on live from the new album?
:-D :-D :-D :-D

Its really a bit to early to judge whether WOF or WD are going to be singles. Or even RWTW for that matter. For all we know, these tracks have a completely new structure and may have actually become single material over the last months.

However, personally, I always wanted these tracks to be on the bonus disc as I believe he can do even better.

What happened to all the Warrior's Dance buzz... people were all over the track, and now you're all haters :P I'm still in love with the track, and I hope it does make it to an early single.

It has to have some dramatic improvements to make up for the vocal sample
The funny thing is that I love No Good, and also consider Girls pretty damn good. However, WD's vocal sample makes me sick

WD is a good track, my mind really changed with tracks, i hated unstoppable and thought wd was just a commercial bullshit tune and worlds on fire was like there best of the new stuff but not good enough, i must admit when i first heard the recordings i was pretty scared that the album would be shit, i never said it on here because i didn't want to sound like i was the only one, but after some time mescaline became my favourite and warriors dance is still amazing and worlds on fire well yeah thats a good tune too

and i think we'll be right in saying the versions will be different from the live versions, for all we know mescaline could be shit on the album and beat 55 could be the greatest track they've ever made on an album (if it got changed to be on the album that is)

i still hope the elements remain the same and we don't have a shootdown job with the tracks we've heard, a little change is good but too much will spoil it

Mescaline is my fav too, WD to me in a way reminds me of No Good, not in any of the musical elements but kinda sounds like its got the commercial appeal that No Good does. I guess its the kind of track that clubbers would love and the girlies can sing-a-long to the lyrics. One complaint I always hear when I'm playing Prodigy tracks is "wheres the singing" which I hate hearing, It's like they don't hear all the subtle things going on in the tracks. but anyways.......

When reggametalpunk or whatever his name is put those vids on youtube I showed a few people I know who are full on into commercial type music, and every one of them said they loved WD.

Probably that's why some of us, hardcore fans, are not to keen on it

After hearing the new Mescaline recording I have a feeling I can judge about it.
It's changed since Unstoppable.
It's awesome, but it's not the best Liam can do.
It totally has that live vibe ! Think it would work less in a studio version.

Warrior's Dance is an ode to the '90 - '95 era.
Personaly for me I'd not mind if IMD would contain tracks similiar like this.
It shows Liam isn't afraid to create another track like this, and still catches the people's ears with it, wich he earns huge respect from me.
Ermm... commercial succes ? Hell yeah !
I'd love to see all the people around me listening to The Prodigy !
There is NOTHING wrong with that.
I know Liam doesn't care about scoring a hit single (I'm referring to his interview right before Hotride came out) ,
but I believe this track could shake some DJ's on radio stations.
Old-Skool cool again.

However I know the album will be a total mixture of old and new sounds.
That's good.

World's on Fire contains old skool samples and new sounds.
Wich I love. It's a great live tune and would turn out great as a studio version.

Beat 55 .....is just a fucking fill and never really catched me.
I loved the intro beats to it on the Birmingham vid tho.
My personal opinion is that the Birmingham version sounded better.
All after all, it's just a fill.

I don't have my opinion about Run ready yet because the recording we've seen is totally useless to discuss about.

I still love Warriors Dance. I would love it as a single. But Mecaline is my fave of the new tracks that we've heard...

WD as a single would be massive club hit like Moby's last two singles (Disco Lies, I Love To Move In Here) from Last Night album. But not global megahit like Firestarter or Breathe.

the question is what song will work best as a video? i 4t WOF would as keef n maxim are both on vocals altho who knows with studio verson? maybe just maxim! it has the single feel 2 it! and it could work well in a video!

WD 2 me isnt a single more club based and on an underground level liam could of relased that under a different name and we wouldnt av known any better!

I cant wait 2 hear run with the wolves live 2 judge it! and i hope he plays STAB as well coz the recording we av of that leaves me gagging 4 more!!!!! <H^Z/\/\
