There is a Liam/10 chance for it to happen. So it's like some sort of quantum probability. You're not sure you have it until you've seen it.

This year I'd say it's very unlikely, I think we would have heard something already or found some info on it at least. It wasn't released to coincide with the tour so no need to rush it now we're already halfway through.
