the sound is dated for sure. sounds like they try to please '14 year old eastern europe computer geeks watching tuned cars on youtube'
even the radio 1 demos sound a lot more fresh
that fucking snare sample... why? go with the live drums man
and the synth is too 2008
i'd rather get aono part 2 than this.
the track goes nowhere. i was waiting the whole time for something to happen.
it sounds like an album filler, and i hope it is

I still think this is much better than all the rest that is out there but it is definitely not jawdropping like some are saying... just a really solid and hard prodigy tune... i'll take it though

i understand why you lot love it and why you hate it
IF the beats were as crisp and cutting-edge like in the 90s and not so soft like on invaders, this tune would KILL. the problem is with the beats.. the eagle break part was a total surprise for me and that riff is deadly! that i really like.
but i guess it's the first single and like Liam said, the most obvious choice as its recognisable.. but... that's the least i expect from them..
video is cool. i like that it's animated and all this fox theme is a surprise as well. im glad it's not 1 of those epileptic seizure style videos.
anywho
im anxious to hear the rest of the 14

Lol no you didn't.
Or, give me an example.
However...I agree with the fact that it sounds less intimidating

Aye man, I hear you! I'm just caught up in the buzz. Going back to my younger years of defending The Prodigy!
Maybe it'll be a grower for you, man. Or maybe it'll be what Colours is to me.

it isn't applying to be too clever, it's quite straight forward prodigy stuff, like Liam said in the interview.
some parts are bit weaker, and some are amazing Prodigy. but the big picture is very cool, that synth indeed, fuking great. he's progressed at that part. aaahh, I want to hear it LIVE!
and guys don't forget. theres 15 tracks on the album.
