The version of The Prodigy "Funky Shit" (Mulder Exclusive Remix) on this vinyl version of The Takeover Bid, is an early demo version used to submit it to XL Recordings for approval. This was given to Mixmag by accident and it was too late to change it by the time the test presses came back and the mistake was noticed. Mulder's comment means his final, completed version of the remix wasn't released on the vinyl but was the correct version included on the CD? I don't really notice any obvious differences between the vinyl and CD version of the remix but as the CD is a DJ mix set it's not easy to do a 100% like for like comparison.
