Just listened to BGAT then OMEN then NASTY and the similarities are uncanny. It's like Nasty is the new BGAT, it sounds so much like the last album but Liam isn't gonna scrap the new album like he did before. I'll look forward to the rest of the record, hopefully NASTY is the only radio friendly tune on TDIME. Thanks for the hookup Nightmare

I should have quoted lectro where he said it's above edm tracks, which uhmmm it's not really.
It's good, but not special so far.

Agreed. Even today, after so many damn years, I get goosebumps at the first SMBU beat.

Actually, I remember my reaction to MTV when I saw "the new Prodigy" in Breathe video and Keith's distorted vocals in it and the overall feel.....and that after tracks like Full Throttle
It was a shock. And I had this shock again today. Like the good old days.

Gotta admit that the videoclip is really amazing and sure thing that is influced from Queens of the Stone Age clip as said be4.
'Nasty' is an aggressive roller, a good opening of the new era but am feelin that we have no true idea what's next especially the tunes along with Brother Culture will be huge as am imaginin his vox over LH rockin' beats!
This is our year Warriors & Predators!!!
p.s. A friendly producer from UK sent me something really cool after watching the videoclip.
He told me that clip reminds him of this one here

Αδελφε...I actually saw a british documentary about foxes on London and go ''all in'' that this is what Liam watched and got the inspiration for the video clip.

The Eagle break must be the coming in their mouths or something Just got that fucked up vibe now while listening to this again

around 2:00 of Nasty is Eagle Break and I think Eagle Break is slightly modified beginning of The Third Bardo - I'm Five Years Ahead Of My Time (used on Liam Howlett - Back To Mine)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16_9mBUCf_c
basic beat of Nasty reminds me precut and modified base of The Stranglers - Peches (back to mine too)

Ah come one, this has been discussed oh so many times: It's not hard to make a bunch of drunkards in an already energetically behaving crowd go nuts. Take a typical festival crowd, have them have enough beverage and blow and they'll dance to a naked 4/4 bassdrum for five minutes straight.
Getting a crowd all ramped up means nothing in respect of tune quality.

Have you actually been to a Prodigy gig?

that's a load of bull...
coming from a fellow musician, trust me, you need quality tune to move a crowd.
plus look at when The Prodigy first started playing after AONO was released... that Athens gig that was recorded... you even hear Maxim say something about losing the crowd when the tracks just weren't connecting in their original form.

Sure thing mate. LH and all UK crew know better to tell us what about foxes in there. 'NASTY' is just an introduction to this chapter of predator animals!
..And am starving for more!
