I believe that's a mix between the soundtrack (with the film score clint mansell cues) and a compilation of tunes... motorhead is in there too!
(and yes, first warning is most likely to be the instrumental remix of warning...)

Little bit of info from Clint Mansell.
Quote: I can tell you this much...I'm pretty sure First Warning is the new track by The Prodigy.Liam gave me elements of the song which I worked into the movie-it plays as the theme for these nazis called The Tremor Brothers!! I haven't heard this finished version yet but the elements that I had sounded awesome!Vintage Prodigy!! The last two tracks on the tracklisting 'FBI' and 'Shellshock'are part of my score. The film itself is crazy, violent, amphetemined, funny, serious, insane and cool!

That's with Soundtracks.
They put the best song always on top of the tracklist

back 2 school ain't "bad", I can enjoy the beats.
But it is weak though that Maxim ain't on with vocals and stuff.
The same goes with me for Warning I guess...
I will enjoy the beats, but no Keith is shite.
