Maxim has produced solo material between Prodigy albums since the mid 90s. He's got a family to support, we know Prodigy will continue, but while they're not touring and Liam is busy writing new tracks he's gotta earn bread some how.

I'd assume Maxim is more "wants to work" rather than "needs to work". He's earned millions over the last 30 years.

Usually you find people live within their means, wealthier folk are used to a certain income and expenditure who knows how much he's invested and saved over the years. Their main income has always been touring so it could be a significant hit for that to end so suddenly. I guess it's more about him keeping busy, and making new record deals keeps things ticking over until future plans for The Prodigy are formed.

It's the right time for a new album from him, spending some time into creativity to 'reload' himself again on the dusk of this weird year for the boys...Aside of that it's also his deal with peermusic as announced a while ago https://www.musicbusinessworldwide.com/ ... hing-deal/We know that Liam's in works too and even .. Leeroy on a new album too. We'll surely get some interesting new stuff the next months.. Good times again, we need to cheer up and support everything, humbly sayin!

Google translation of the HMV Japan website listing: - Quote: Description of item The British electronic band The Prodigy's solo work for MC Maxim has been completed for the first time in 14 years!
This is the third album in 14 years as a solo original full album. A masterpiece of transcendence that reggae floats, a sharp and evolutionary trap released by the UK rave pioneer solo. Includes two Japan-only bonus tracks.
Profile Maxim's music has always been amazed by incorporating a variety of musical flavours with a unique worldview. In March 2019, after the great event of the death of Keith Flint, a member of The Prodigy and his best friend, he continued making songs and performing various solo projects. The latest project, “Love More” (2019), incorporates elements of reggae and trap music. This long-awaited new album will be released in Japan in December 2019.

That album cover I might learn to live with and also the track titles all sound cool. But that album title is a real turn off Does not sound very.. hmm rebellious to me. Especially in these times when pop culture repeats that L-word way too often in lyrics and in titles and everywhere.

The cover looks like something from The Prodigy's website in 2005. I think his new logo is a bit boring. The old one looked great though, but I haven't enjoyed his solo works after Hell's Kitchen.

To me the artwork and that style of reggae/trap inspirational tunes as stated, is just a continuation of his We Are Noize project. Expecting some big burners in!

Artwork looks like it could be by Luke Insect, (who created the IMD and NT artwork). The title I feel just reflects the reggae vibe he's going for in some of the new tracks. Love More could also have a deeper meaning, possibly pointing towards how he feels after loosing Keith. Besides, Prodigy have One Love and Your love as track titles, plus Phoenix was originally "Love Buzz" as well, don't see the problem tbh.
